5:22 PRAISE SERVICE has BEGUN
Currently seeking a Guitar player....
The service will be on Sundays at 5:22 PM in the J. Louis Daeuble Memorial Auditorium (which is otherwise known as the Fellowship Hall) and it will be a praise service. This means that Third Lutheran Church will be the only ELCA church in Louisville doing a full praise service.
But why 5:22? The committee chose the time and the name of the service based on Galatians 5:22, “But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” The time will also appeal to younger people including those with young children. The worship space will be created by the committee led by Kelly Frazier.
The Praise Musical Team members are:
Sean Patrick, Ken Grimes, Natalie Combs, Kristen Leggett, Laurie Duesing, June Glass, Emily Van Gaasbeek, Nanah Josephson and Jim Oxyer.
