Youth 30 Hour Famine
Christ Lutheran Church will be hosting a 30 Hour Famine event for all Youth Groups in the South Central Conference. This event is geared towards helping the Youth understand hunger and realize that hunger exists here in our own city. They will learn what we can do to help and hopefully leave with a better appreciation for the blessings that we have. There will be several volunteer projects like possibly working in a soup kitchen that will take the Youth out into the community. This event will be held at Christ Lutheran Church on Friday March 19 at 6 p.m. until Saturday March 20 at 6 p.m. For furtherdetails contact Kelly Burden.
Visit the new Youth Room!
The room across from the library has undergone a recent transformation. The youth cleaned out and scrubbed down the room, then filled it with comfy furniture. It is now a great place for youth events and fellowship. Special thanks to Sean and Steven who donated a chair, Debbie and Diane who donated a rug, John Featherstone who installed the blackboard and all the youth who helped out!

Thanks to all the youth and adults to helped run the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper. Thanks also to all the people that came to enjoy the pancakes and fellowship. We raised $136 for the youth fund!
